I have never dealt with such a company that holds their customer service as high as stain and seal experts. Not only do they provide an amazing product but they also really care about the people they do business with. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

I ordered 15 gallons of stain online. I had someone call me the next day to make sure I had everything I needed for my project. He answered any questions I had and gave me a few recommendations and "pro tips" for my staining project. My stain arrived very fast too. Great product and great customer service.

I haven’t even received my stain yet, but I have to praise Kurt Earl. I spoke to him on the phone because I had a question and he was so knowledgeable he was giving me answers to questions I didn’t even know I had. He is an OUTSTANDING employee. The world would benefit greatly if there were more people like him in it. I’m confident, because of him, I chose the right stain for our fence. I will be back to review the actual stain, but WOWEE Kurt Earl is a freaking superstar!

Everyone I’ve dealt with at this company has been super friendly and helpful. Mandy, the scheduler, got us taken care of very quickly! She never missed an email and communicated throughout the whole process. The crew that did the job (special thanks to Cody and Michael) showed up early and took their time finishing the project. My fence looks great! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
