Caleb & Ashley Roth founded Stain & Seal Experts in 2012 as a small family-operated Nashville-based fence and deck staining company. Today, we're not just the oldest and most trusted staining and sealing company in Nashville - we're a nationwide brand making waves in our industry. Our expertise spans fence staining, deck staining, house staining, wood restoration, and log home restoration. We serve Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee, and our teams can tackle large projects like farm fences.

But that's not all - we also offer industrial wood pre-finishing services and boast an entire line of Eco-Shield Pre Stained Lumber. We're not just a company; we're a community committed to advancing the Wood Restoration and Staining industry. Our annual Staining University convention draws contractors from across the country to train and expand their knowledge.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the visionary and executor behind our marketing efforts. Your mission is to create comprehensive marketing plans that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive revenue growth. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to craft compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Develop an all-encompassing Marketing Plan that generates leads, increases brand awareness, and drives revenue growth.
• Create and manage marketing metrics including ROI and COA.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with our talented in-house team and external partners.

Key Criteria / Requirements:

• 5+ years of content marketing experience with a track record of success.
• Proficiency in REACH (strategy, social media, SEO, PPC, PR, and Awards), ENGAGEMENT (website improvement, blog, newsletter, emails, video content, white papers, case studies, books, and e-books), and CONVERGE (lead generation, automation, workflows, reporting, and analytics).
• Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar marketing automation tools.
• Ability to effectively present to individuals and teams.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, PDF (Adobe), Photoshop, and other business applications.

Key Technical Competencies:

• Salesforce - Pipeline and Funnel Systems.
• Social targeting tactics and digital media buying.
• Email (Gmail) - General Communication Management.
• Document management systems suitable for business.
